  I would highly recommend using a different company. Originally came to this location for a wig for my Grandmother. She came with me and we picked out the wig that was best for her, although much more expensive than even a custom wig at some of the boutiques downtown we continued with our order in early Dec for Christmas. Without going into extensive detail on all the unheard issues- it’s Feb and my sweet Grandmother still has no clue on where her wig is or if she’ll ever get it. This company has contributed to a very sad Christmas, extreme frustration and stress, lots of money and time spent driving to their locked doors during open hours and rude responses. I ask for info and only 30% of the time will someone call me back and only 10% are my questions answered. I still haven’t received my wig- hopefully the owner will compensate me for all this headache- I will then reconsider this review and let you know what finally happened. Today, again after no call when my order was expected last week- there’s still no wig nor info. I’ve cried twice about this and today I’m still shaking from the phone call. Hopefully this won’t turn into a civil suit or a file w the BBB. To be continued...

  Onda did my wedding makeup and it was gorgeous. She didn't know how to do fake lashes-and was very honewst about it-so my bridesmaid was able to help us out. I was glad she told me instead of just going for it. She really cares and and makes sure you're happy when you walk out the door. She also did one of my bridesmaids make up (without a trial run) and it looked great as well. Highly recommend if you want a classic/elegant, natural look.
