  I've come to this establishment on several occasions, but this time will be my last. I arrived shortly after opening and wasn't greeted in a friendly manner by the owner. The owner in the past has done a great job on my nails so I mentioned what I wanted then was passed off to another nail technician. Wasn't happy with the end result; my nails are asymmetrical and a few are slanted as they were filed down. I walked out and don't plan to walk back in. My complaint wasn't considered and wasn't followed by an apology. Tip: your attitude towards your customers is everything!

  I've been going here almost a year, hardly have had a problem. Today I went in to get a full set, the lady made my nails to short, she filed them an cut me twice, and did not shape them correctly. Then she gave me the incorrect color, as well as leaving nail glue on my finger. I'm not going back again they just lost a customer.
