  Gold's Gym often gets a reputation of having a ton of meat heads which may scare many people away. Sure, there is some of this here but I think you'll get that at any gym. Everyone here is friendly from the staff to the members and it has everything you could need from cardio machines (including a cardio cinema) to free weights, machines, spin classes, fitness classes, yoga and basketball. They also have a 4-lane lap pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. It is surprisingly large. The mornings and weekends are slower than say 5pm on a week night. Even during the busy times, there's still plenty of machines, free weights and cardio machines available.
