  This salon is a complete farce!
  After contacting Shelby multiple times, which in itself should have been an indication, I finally received a call back. She told me that she was already scheduled out 3 to 4 weeks. Because the few reviews were favorable, I decided to give it a chance, and made an appointment.
  
  Shelby left a voice mail message for me 45 minutes before my appointment - CANCELING MY APPOINTMENT. Really?? I never heard from her again. Seriously Shelby, you need to learn how to operate a business.
  
  Do yourself a favor, and find a salon and stylist who know how to behave in a professional manner.
